Hi, I'm Adrianne. I'm glad you're here.

My Story

Why I do this work

I believe in a holistic approach to healing, because no two people are the same. Your story, your body, your relationships, and your faith all shape how you heal, so I meet you exactly where you are.

In our sessions, you are in control. You set the pace and choose what we focus on. I see myself as a coach walking beside you: offering tools, perspective, and encouragement while you lead the way toward the life you want.

For clients who want it, I also offer Christian counseling, where your faith is welcomed as a source of strength in the healing process.
