What we can heal together
You are not your diagnosis. But naming what you are facing can be the first step toward relief. Here is how I help with the concerns clients most often bring to Everwell.
Depression
Depression can look like sadness, but it often feels like emptiness, exhaustion, irritability, or simply not caring anymore. Getting out of bed, answering texts, or enjoying the things you used to love can start to feel impossible.
Together we will gently explore what is keeping you stuck, challenge the harsh inner voice with CBT, and reconnect you with the parts of you that still hope. Small, steady steps add up.
Individual therapy for depressionAnxiety
Racing thoughts, a tight chest, constant what-ifs, trouble sleeping. Anxiety keeps your body on high alert long after the danger has passed. It can also hide behind perfectionism, people-pleasing, and overworking.
We combine practical CBT tools and mindfulness to calm your nervous system in the moment, with IFS to understand the anxious part of you that is trying so hard to protect you.

Trauma is not only what happened. It is what stays with you in your body, your relationships, and the way you see yourself. You may feel jumpy, numb, ashamed, or unsafe even when life looks fine on paper.
Trauma work at Everwell is paced to you. You will never be pushed to share details before you are ready. Using IFS, mindfulness, and a steady therapeutic relationship, we build safety first, then gently heal what still hurts.
How I approach traumaGrief & Loss
Grief does not follow a timeline. Whether you have lost a loved one, a pregnancy, a marriage, a career, or the future you pictured, the waves can come out of nowhere.
Grief therapy is not about moving on. It is about making room for the loss, honoring the love underneath it, and finding a way to carry both forward.
Grief counseling | Grieving as a coupleBurnout
Burnout happens when you have given more than you have for too long. Caregivers, healthcare workers, parents, and high achievers often feel it first: exhaustion that sleep does not fix, cynicism, and a sense that nothing you do is enough.
We look at the beliefs that keep you overextended, rebuild boundaries, and restore what refills you. Organizations can also bring burnout prevention talks to their teams.
Therapy for burnoutAddiction
Alcohol, substances, gambling, shopping, or screens often start as a way to cope. Over time they can take more than they give. You deserve support without shame.
Outpatient therapy helps you understand what the behavior is soothing, strengthen motivation for change, and build healthier ways to cope. When more support is needed, I help coordinate with medical providers or higher levels of care. Addiction also affects partners and families, and couples or family sessions can help everyone heal.

Struggles with food and body image are rarely about food alone. They are often tied to control, anxiety, perfectionism, or painful experiences, and they can affect adults and teens of every size and background.
I offer compassionate outpatient therapy that addresses the thoughts and emotions underneath disordered eating, and I work as part of a team with physicians and dietitians when appropriate. If medical monitoring or a higher level of care is needed, I will help you find it.
Adults | TeensChristian Counseling
For many people, faith is central to who they are. Christian counseling brings your beliefs into the room, alongside proven clinical approaches, so you never have to leave an important part of yourself at the door.
Faith integration is always your choice. We can draw on prayer, scripture, and spiritual practices if they bring you comfort and strength, and you decide how much faith is part of each session. Available for individuals, couples, and teens.

What if I am dealing with more than one of these?
That is very common. Anxiety, depression, burnout, and grief often show up together. Therapy at Everwell treats the whole person, not a list of symptoms.
Do I need a diagnosis to start therapy?
No. You only need a sense that something is not right and a willingness to explore it. We will figure out the rest together.
Do I have to be Christian to work with you?
No. Christian counseling is offered to those who want it. If you prefer therapy without faith integration, that is completely respected.
Is outpatient therapy enough for an eating disorder or addiction?
For many people, yes. If your safety or physical health needs closer care, I will be honest with you and help connect you to the right level of support.
Not sure where you fit?
You do not need to have it all figured out. Tell me a little about what is going on.
