Proven methods, personal care
No two people heal the same way. I take a holistic approach, you lead the session, and I walk beside you like a coach. I blend evidence-based therapies to fit your goals, your history, and your personality, so therapy feels like it was made for you.
Internal Family Systems
IFS sees the mind as made of "parts," like the inner critic, the worrier, or the part that shuts down. Instead of fighting them, we get curious, understand what they protect, and help them relax so your calm, confident Self can lead.
Emotionally Focused Therapy
EFT is a leading, research-backed approach for couples. It helps partners step out of the pursue and withdraw cycle and build a secure, loving bond.
Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy
EFIT brings the attachment science of EFT into individual work, helping you make sense of your emotions and shift long-standing patterns in how you relate to others.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
CBT offers practical, structured tools to notice unhelpful thoughts, test them, and change behaviors that keep anxiety and depression going.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness practices help calm your nervous system, slow down reactive moments, and bring you back into the present when your mind races ahead.
Psychodynamic Therapy
Psychodynamic work explores how early relationships and unconscious patterns shape your present, bringing insight that creates lasting change.
Humanistic Therapy
At the core of everything is a humanistic belief: you have the capacity to grow. You are treated with warmth, respect, and unconditional positive regard.
Christian Counseling
For clients who want it, faith is woven into therapy through prayer, scripture, and spiritual practices, always at your direction. Learn more

Approach FAQ
What is IFS therapy?
Internal Family Systems is an evidence-based approach that helps you understand the different parts of yourself, such as anxious, critical, or protective parts, and heal the wounds they carry so you can feel more whole.
What is the difference between EFT and EFIT?
EFT is Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples. EFIT applies the same attachment-based principles to individual therapy.
Will you give me homework?
Only if it helps. Some clients love practical exercises between sessions, and others prefer to do the work in the room. We decide together.
