Practical tools for healthier people and stronger teams
Employees bring their whole lives to work, including stress, family responsibilities, and relationship challenges. Creating space for meaningful conversations can help people feel supported and better equipped to navigate everyday demands.

Speaking FAQ
Do you present virtually?
Yes. Virtual talks work well for remote and hybrid teams. In-person presentations are available in the San Diego area, and travel beyond the local area can be quoted.
Can you tailor a topic to our team?
Yes. Every engagement starts with a planning call so the examples and tools fit your workplace. Topics can also be combined.
Is a workshop the same as therapy?
No. Presentations and workshops are educational. They do not constitute psychotherapy or establish a therapist-client relationship with attendees.
